KOVE entered the Supersport 300 World Championship in 2023 and won the category title in 2025. Since 2026 it has raced the FIM Sportbike World Championship with the 450RR.
KOVE road racing team is Team 109, a British-Irish outfit founded in 2015 with a track record in small-displacement categories. It entered WSBK SSP300 in 2023 with the KOVE 350RR, in 2024 it claimed the first win for a Chinese brand in the category — in Race 2 at Jerez — and in 2025 it became WSBK SSP300 world champion with a single bike on the grid. With that category now closed, since 2026 it races the FIM Sportbike World Championship with the KOVE 450RR.

The 2025 title was won by the 321 RR-S, which is not sold in Colombia. The 450RR racing today in the FIM Sportbike World Championship does have a street counterpart in the Colombian catalogue: the 450 RR. They are different machines from the same sport line.
