Yes. The law gives you the right of withdrawal during the five (5) business days following the confirmation of your reservation (Law 1480 of 2011, article 47, as amended by Law 2439 of 2024). If you exercise it, we refund everything you paid within a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days, at no cost to you. Request it by writing to pqrs.motos@carrera.com.co with your ID number and your payment reference.

They are two distinct rights. Withdrawal lets you back out within five (5) business days, with no reason given. Payment reversal applies when you paid by electronic means and one of the cases set out in Law 1480 of 2011, article 51, and Decree 587 of 2016 occurs —among others, that the transaction was fraudulent or that the product is not delivered to you—. In those cases you may request that the payment be reversed, filing the request with us and with the issuer of your payment method within the deadlines set by the regulation. Yes. We process your data in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and the data processing policy you accept in this form, and we use it solely to manage your reservation. You may access, update, rectify and delete your data, and withdraw your authorization, by writing to pqrs.motos@carrera.com.co.
