Frequently asked questions
How long is my KOVE's warranty valid?
Models of 250 cc and above have 2 years or 30,000 km, whichever comes first; models under 250 cc, 1 year or 20,000 km. Since the range available today in Colombia is 250 to 800 cc, every active model is covered for 2 years or 30,000 km.
Where can I service my KOVE?
Today, servicing is arranged through the official after-sales channels. Carrera Motos S.A.S.'s own network is being built, based in Bogotá.
Are my KOVE's spare parts genuine?
Yes: they are genuine KOVE parts or manufacturer-certified components, brought in by the official importer. Arrange fitting with after-sales beforehand, so the warranty is not affected.
Why does the first service matter?
The first service (second handover) is key to validating and keeping the warranty. It must follow the factory specification. Arrange it through the official after-sales channels.
How do I claim the warranty?
Write to Carrera Motos's after-sales email with the purchase invoice, the chassis number and a description of the issue.
