When do online reservations for KOVE in Colombia open?
KOVE's online reservation in Colombia opens on August 31, 2026 at 9:00 PM, Colombia time, and stays open until November 1, 2026 at 8:00 PM. Within that window you choose your model and secure it with a $ 500.000 deposit from this site. Once it closes, online reservation is no longer available and the purchase is handled with a Carrera Motos advisor.
What is KOVE's online reservation?
It is a $ 500.000 deposit you pay online to reserve a model from the KOVE range while the units arrive in Colombia. It is not the full payment for the motorcycle, it does not transfer ownership and it does not complete the sale. The full terms are in the reservation agreement, which you read and accept inside the form before paying.
How much does the motorcycle cost?
Each model's price appears on its page and in the price list. If a model does not have a published price yet, it shows as "To be confirmed". That price is a reference: the one that applies is the one you accept when you confirm your reservation. Today you only pay the $ 500.000 deposit, which is credited towards the final price of your motorcycle.
When do I receive my motorcycle?
Deliveries of reserved motorcycles begin from November 15, 2026. Yours is allocated according to the order in which your reservation was confirmed and unit availability; we will let you know as soon as it is ready for pickup at the location you chose. If that date is missed for a reason attributable to us, you choose between waiting or cancelling with a full refund of everything you paid.
Can I withdraw and get my money back?
Yes. The law gives you the right of withdrawal during the five (5) business days following the confirmation of your reservation (Law 1480 of 2011, article 47, as amended by Law 2439 of 2024). If you exercise it, we refund everything you paid within a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days, at no cost to you. Request it by writing to pqrs.motos@carrera.com.co with your ID number and your payment reference.
What is the right to payment reversal and how is it different from withdrawal?
They are two distinct rights. Withdrawal lets you back out within five (5) business days, with no reason given. Payment reversal applies when you paid by electronic means and one of the cases set out in Law 1480 of 2011, article 51, and Decree 587 of 2016 occurs —among others, that the transaction was fraudulent or that the product is not delivered to you—. In those cases you may request that the payment be reversed, filing the request with us and with the issuer of your payment method within the deadlines set by the regulation. What happens after I pay the deposit?
Your reservation is registered and an order number appears on the confirmation screen. Keep it: it is your reference for any question. A KOVE advisor will contact you at the email and mobile number you provided, during business hours, to continue with the paperwork, the balance payment and the delivery arrangements.
Is my personal data protected?
Yes. We process your data in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and the data processing policy you accept in this form, and we use it solely to manage your reservation. You may access, update, rectify and delete your data, and withdraw your authorization, by writing to pqrs.motos@carrera.com.co.
