The survey collected feedback from 544 motorcycle dealers across France and evaluated 17 brands through 15 key criteria covering sales, aftersales, management, network policy, communication, dealer support, spare parts, technical assistance, and overall brand satisfaction. As a first-time participant, KOVE's direct rise to the top marks a significant breakthrough for the brand in the French market and reflects growing recognition for Chinese motorcycle manufacturers in Europe.
Ahead of established brands
Since its launch in 1998, L'Officiel's "Cote d'Amour des Marques" survey has become an important reference for understanding the relationship between motorcycle brands and their dealer networks in France. Previous winners and top-ranking brands have included established European and global manufacturers such as BMW, Triumph, and Ducati. In the 2026 edition, KOVE's first-entry victory stood out as one of the most notable results, amid the growing momentum of Chinese motorcycle brands in the French market.
Recognition from the dealer network
KOVE's strong performance was supported by high scores across several important areas: 9.1/10 for new vehicle quality, 9.1/10 for communication and listening, and 8.8/10 for spare parts pricing. KOVE also performed strongly in dealer relationship-related criteria, including network policy, communication, autonomy, and support, demonstrating broad recognition from its French dealer network.
According to the feedback highlighted in the survey, French dealers praised KOVE for its excellent quality-to-price ratio, stable product quality, reasonable pricing structure, protected dealer margins, and competitive spare parts pricing. The KOVE 450 Rally, supported by the brand's Dakar experience and proven off-road performance, has played an important role in building market awareness and dealer confidence.
A focused distribution structure
In 2025, KOVE recorded 541 registrations in France. The brand's local development has been supported by a focused national distribution structure, with TRC Racing responsible for the import and market development of the KOVE 450 Rally, while MB Motor manages the rest of the product range. This dual-channel distribution model has helped KOVE respond to different market needs and build a stronger foundation for long-term growth in France.
At the same time, KOVE recognizes that continued progress is essential. Dealer feedback also pointed to areas for improvement, particularly spare parts availability, delivery times, and further expansion of the product range. KOVE is already working with its European partners to strengthen spare parts supply, improve delivery efficiency, optimize local service support, and further enrich its product portfolio for the European market.

By turning experience from Dakar, WSBK, and other high-level racing programs into stronger products and more competitive market solutions, KOVE is gaining recognition from professional dealers and riders in one of the world's most mature motorcycle markets.
Ranking No.1 in France at its first appearance is not only a recognition of KOVE's current progress, but also a new starting point. With performance at its core and long-term value as its direction, KOVE will continue to strengthen its global strategy and deepen its presence in France and the wider European market.
