Carrera Motos S.A.S., the brand's official importer, is responsible for servicing your KOVE in Colombia. Today it is arranged through the official after-sales channels.
How servicing works
- Direct official importation of KOVE, with no intermediaries.
- Service network being built for 2026, out of Bogotá.
- The first service (second handover) is key to validating and keeping the warranty.
- Maintenance follows each model's factory specification.
Service points, maintenance plans and per-model intervals will be published here as Carrera Motos rolls out the network during 2026. In the meantime, arrange your service through the official after-sales channels.
We are working to handle your KOVE's servicing, spare parts, repairs and warranty at our own location from November 15, 2026. Your warranty applies from the purchase and is handled as set out in the manual: in the meantime, write to us through the official after-sales channels.
